Dr. Origer specializes in conservative management of orthopedic injuries of the spine and upper and lower extremities.
Originally from Iowa, Dr. Origer has more than a decade of experience working with elite athletes and teams, including the Indianapolis Indians, University of Indianapolis and Franklin College. He has a doctorate of chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and a bachelor of arts in sports science/athletic training from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, where he also played strong safety for the football team. He belongs to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
Using a multidisciplinary approach to reduce recovery times, Dr. Origer often co-manages treatment options with many allied health professionals to obtain positive results for his patients. He also enjoys providing lectures for athletic trainers on conservative management of sports-related injuries.
In his spare time, Dr. Origer can be found playing golf, fishing, and coaching youth basketball and track. He, his wife and their three daughters are also involved in community fundraising events, including Hearts for Haiti and the Greenwood Trail Trek.
